FAQs

1. What is your staff-to-resident ratio?
We maintain an appropriate ratio based on the level of care so as not to neglect our residents or overwhelm our staff. The staff ratio is based on the individual support required.

2. Do you have an initial assessment before admission?
Yes. We like to meet with families and potential residents for an initial assessment and discuss in-take procedures.

3. What is the cost of care?
Monthly costs are different on each level of care at a set rate based on fair market value. We have various levels of care to meet both assisted and/or independent living needs.

4. What services are included in the monthly cost?
Cost of care encompasses daily assisted living, including additional activities where we help our residents lead an enjoyable and fulfilling life. We offer complete wrap-around services to meet the daily needs of each individual.

5. How soon can we move in?
We accept new residents every month as long as we have availability. We must keep our intakes at a reasonable level to maintain a high-quality level of care. Call us and get a tour scheduled!

Temporary housing is based on availability and fluctuates. Call for availability.
